Intentional Coaching Done Right
I started coaching 17 years ago.
It was my first position out of college while I was a dance instructor, and let me tell you…it taught me REAL QUICK what to do…and not to do when working with people.
I was a High School Dance Coach.
That’s where it started. Before I became a classroom teacher, before Instagram, and way before SELebrate Good Times. And as I think back to what that experience taught me, it’s the principles that set good coaches apart from the rest.
It doesn’t matter who, or in what capacity…you’re coaching. This is what your goal is.
Because so many coaches have got it wrong.
It’s not about feeding people “THE STUFF.” You can read a book for that. It’s about getting on the ground and running alongside your people. It’s about making them feel seen.
And that is what sets the work that I do apart from the rest.
It’s genuine, heart-centered collaboration and connection so that you can feel lighter, happier, and LOVE your job!
I wanted to highlight some of the aspects that set us apart at SELebrate Good Times. You, your teachers, your districts, and ultimately your students deserve the best and that's what we strive to give you - top-quality mentorship and professional development that is actionable, valuable, and benefits everyone.
Personalized Support that SELebrates Your Wins
Here at SELebrate Good Times, it's not one size fits all. We are not a program, not a curriculum, and are definitely not "one and done".
We tailor our coaching to YOU and your unique needs and past experiences. This journey includes coming alongside teachers and administrators in identifying areas of need, making changes and creating sustainability across your school sites, and giving continuous feedback and support from a genuine and heart-centered space.
Professional Development
You won’t find any round tables, laptops, or slide decks here. No links to slides or Google Docs. And no silent audience being talked AT.
This is conversation, connection, and collaboration at its core.
What you WILL FIND are intimate conversations, answers to real questions, inspiration, and your next steps toward creating the change you wish to see with your students…and yourself!
Our Heart Hero Teaching Plan includes access to hours of behavior support professional development videos, visual support, and intentional anchor charts to support all of your students.
It’s tailored professional development from genuine people who just GET IT.
Collaboration and Community
You should connect and collaborate in a safe space where you know the people you’re surrounded by are ready to RUN with you, pour INTO you, and give you exactly what you need so you can keep going AND feel good doing it!
Surround yourself with educators who make you feel SEEN…SUPPORTED…and SELebrated.

This is why I do what I do. The moments of heart-centered connection. The moments of pure love and support. The moments where educators feel SEEN. The moments where they feel SELebrated. The moments of genuine guidance and true validation. These are the moments that make it all worth it.
