Y'all, I'm telling you – the number THREE is where it's at!!! Remember those 3 Superintendents I mentioned before? Well, I met with one of them last week, and let me tell you, it was MAGIC!
Just 3 days after our meeting, we wrote up not one, not two, but THREE separate contracts for some seriously incredible initiatives to support the educators across his ENTIRE DISTRICT!
That's the power of the BISON, my friends!
Can you believe it? What started as a conversation about the challenges educators face and the need for intentional support has now blossomed into a district-wide movement! It's a testament to the impact we can have when we come together with a shared vision and a passion for making a difference.

I sent him the link to our film right before our meeting, and he couldn't stop talking about how much he loved the way we teach educators to support not only their students but also themSELves. He wants his educators to be happy and fall in love with teaching all over again.
