The percentage of educators who felt very confident (rating 4 or 5) in using phrases and supports to trigger expected behaviors in their students increased from 18% before the program to 93% after completing it, a 417% increase.
The percentage of educators who gave out referrals for student behavior often or very often (rating 4 or 5) decreased from 32% before the program to just 4% after completing it, an 88% decrease.
